When hearing the word prosper most, my self included, immediately see dollar signs.
Financial gain is always a blessing....
However there is so much more in becoming prosperous....
Much more.
There is prosperity in our health......
Prosperity in our relationships, old and new.....
When our daddy God increases our knowledge.....
Our wisdom.....
Our joy.....
We are prosperous.
When our faith is increased to a new level.....
When mercy and grace become the foundation of our love for others......
When forgiveness comes easy to those who hurt us....
When the peace that surpasses all understanding engulfs our hearts and souls.....
We are prosperous.
When the manifestation of our daddy God's word comes alive in the very core of our being......
When we see others through the eyes of our Father.....
In the reaching out and lending a hand to those in need......
We are prosperous.
As Holy Spirit continues to whisper to me the words abundant and prosper.......
I encourage you to see yourself prosperous as a child of God.
To prosper is much more than money..........

Hi Stacey, A.M.E.N. Often times we hear "prosper" and like you say, one hears k-ching, k-ching!!! I agree with you that it is sooooo much more and vast than that I it would be such a blessing to the church as a whole when they figure out it is the world that revolves around money and not the Lord. :)

I love this idea. I have a hard time thinking that God wants me to prosper, but I know His truth says so. Thanks for this reminder!

Stacey, we seem to be on the same page today. I could not agree with you more. It seems to me that having the peace that surpasses all understanding certainly does make one so very prosperous; and you can have that without a dime to your name. That's the best prosperity gospel of all :)
