This is Brian.
A very dear friend of mine. We went to high school together and in the last two years have reconnected.
I must say,it has been great to reconnect with so many of our high school friends. :)
Brian has graciously given me the green light to share part of his story.
A story I am blessed to watch unfold......
Going through many life changes at once is not a walk in the park, actually it can seem like a never ending nightmare, regardless if we ourselves are the reason for all the changes, someone else or just a multitude of circumstances.
The bottom line.......It is not a pleasant journey.
A journey we are desperately wanting to end.
But a journey that must be taken to get to where our daddy God wants us...............
Brian's brokenness came from losing his home, family, and his business as a photographer went to almost completely nothing.
Brian couldn't understand why everything he held so precious was lost.
Kinda reminds me of Job's story .......
It was through literally hitting his knees and crying out to God, his healing began.
In the beginning it was hard for him to grasp how the bottom of his world fell. He just wanted everything back to the way they were before......
But God had other plans.........
It has been through a season of trials and tribulations.....
The "whys and ""how comes"
The tears and the heart ache.....
The Brokenness...........
Brian knew he had made mistakes, just as we all have. He realized some of his choices in life had caused those he loved to hurt. He just wanted another chance to fix it.
And He too had been hurt......
Haven't we all at some point in our lives wanted to "fix" something or someone in our lives???
But there comes a time, when the journey of healing we are to take, can only come by surrendering it ALL to our Father God.
Brian surrender~
God has given Brian a new page in life.
Healing and restoration rest on this new page.....
Admittance, and forgiveness.....
Peace and Joy........
An abundance of love for the Father......
I must say I am like a proud momma hen to see my friend grow and heal in God's grace and love.
God does turn our ashes into beauty!!
I tend to get more excited to see God work in the lives of others rather than my own :))
Today I am so thrilled to announce Brian has launched a facebook page to reach those who are broken.
To share his story and redemption in Christ......
To show God's grace and mercy in his own life and encourage others they can be victorious!!!
I encourage you all to pop over and witness God's love in Brian's life as well as so many others.
You will be blessed!!!
I know I am :)
Much Love~
Stacey
Jeremiah 29:11
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Hi Stacey - brokenness is hard! But its what God wants so He can mould us into all He created us to be. Its good to see another soul, using their hurts and brokenness to help others on the journey.
